Below are just a few of the ways I want to show up for you. Each Ease Path has a varying level of doula involvement based on your comfort level and even your budget.

Education Path Details
In-Person Services
This package includes 2 in-person or virtual prenatal sessions. (In-person home visits include the Chattanooga, TN / Nashville, TN / Knoxville, TN / Atlanta, GA area)
We will go over the information in your digital resources, discuss your birth plan & postpartum sanctuary plan, cover any questions you have, role play scenarios, and practice birthing positions.
I suggest that your partner or another person that will be present during labor attend these sessions.

- first, second, third, & "fourth" trimester bundle
- informed decision making

Affirmation Path
The Affirmation Path combines digital resources and virtual doula support. If you would like Karissa as your doula, but do not live in the Chattanooga, TN area, this is a great path for you! The educational material is available for you to learn on your own, but Karissa will be available to process through your birth intentions and then support you and your partner via call/text/face time during labor.

Affirmation Path Details
In-Person Services
Virtual Services
This package is the best of both worlds! Even if you live outside the Chattanooga, TN area, you get virtual birth plan collaboration with Karissa during pregnancy and virtual labor support!
Virtual labor support means that you can have face-time access with any questions you have during labor and check-ins as mama progresses. This is great support for your partner to know how to help in the moment.

Support Path
The Support Path is the total package. This is a complete birth doula support service. It includes in person visits with Karissa in your home where we will go over everything you and your partner need to know and prepare for your labor. You will be in communication with Karissa via text and email throughout pregnancy, as well as in-person sessions to ask questions, have space to process and practice birthing positions, and access to the entire digital bundle.

+$50 accompany you to prenatal appointments
+$50/hr nursery prep (assemble furniture, wash baby clothes, organize gear, etc.)

- 2 in-person prenatal visits at your home (includes Chattanooga, TN / Nashville, TN / Knoxville, TN / Atlanta, GA area)
- in-person labor support
- 1 postpartum visit at your home
