What do you prepare?
My goal is to be by your side, not only during labor, but prepare you and your partner during pregnancy for what to expect and to set you up well for the transition to postpartum life. You shouldn't have to go into this experience blindly, so I'm here to hold your hand.
Support In Person
This path is a full doula support package and includes:
- 2 in-person prenatal visits at your home (includes Chattanooga, TN / Nashville, TN / Knoxville, TN / Atlanta, GA area)
- in-person labor support
- 1 postpartum visit at your home
We will go over the information in your digital resources, discuss your birth plan & postpartum sanctuary plan, cover any questions you have, role play scenarios, and practice birthing positions.
I suggest that your partner or another person that will be present during labor attend these sessions.
